If you haven't done so already, I recommend you to read our website first so you have a basic understanding of what it is what we do since we are so different from everybody else.

You have also been reading that our commission rate to our clients is a lot different compared to what the competition charges to sell a home. Does that have consequences for your own earnings?

It does not. I think I have proven this after opening the doors 2 years ago.

What kind of realtors are we looking for? 

If you like to list properties and love to help people buy properties, you will love it.

If you love to help people buy a home but have not been very successful in listing properties you might like it even be better.

If you like to list properties only it might not work for you.

In a way you are  a buyers agent with the difference that there is no extra split with your listing agent who in turn has to split with the broker. You will have more resources you can use. You can list your own properties too to generate even more leads. You do not need a marketing budget!

The model that we use in selling real estate works for most realtors. As a realtor for 3 Percent Realty you have to love buyers, because that is where your opportunity is. If you are a realtor who loves to list properties too, you will love it even more but you will make your money mostly by helping the buyer.

How do you find your buyer?

If you have been in real estate a while, your broker and fellow agents will have told you some of the following:

Borrow an open house from another realtor's listing in the office.

Contact everybody you know and let them know you are a realtor.

Get listings! Listings mean buyers! Because it will make the phone ring! (ouch, that is a difficult one, but very true)

Become a buyer's agent and work for a successful listing agent ( now that is a good one, but there is an extra commission split with the listing agent).

Market yourself as the realtor of choice! What do I have to offer?

Now look at it from a different perspective. Why would a client choose you?

You are pleasant to work with

You work by the code of ethics.

You are professional and knowledgable.

You are a family member or a friend.

You listen to them!

and very important..................................................

When they sell.: Have all the tools to sell their home and you can put more equity in their bank account than the competition.

When they buy: Find them their perfect home for the best price possible and make the process a pleasant experience.

First what is it that we will do for you?

Besides providing you with a nice office at an excellent location, we provide a lot of different things. We do not charge for desks, office phone or office fax, office supplies or signs. We even pay for the lock box!

You get more. When you list property there will be no cost for marketing. It will all be done by the company and paid for through the company. That way you will never have to worry about your budget and you can always offer an excellent consistent marketing plan to your clients!

All we want you to do is work with buyers and sellers and sell homes!
